(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 19.28.610 to require a person to obtain a license or certificate as an electrician to work on his or her property if the new building under construction is intended for rent, sale, or lease.

     Authorizes an exemption for a four-unit project if the builder lives in one of the units.

     Authorizes no more than one exemption every twenty-four months.
