     Revises provisions of chapter 26.18 RCW to create obligations for spousal maintenance as well as child support.

     Declares that the court retains continuing jurisdiction and may use a contempt action to enforce an order.

     Establishes procedures for enforcement of obligations to pay medical expenses.
