(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides for the development of self-supporting child care programs for employees of state government.

     Declares that policies and procedures for state agencies to address employee child care needs is the responsibility of the director of personnel in consultation with the child care coordinating committee.

     Requires state employee child care organizations to be organized as nonprofit.

     Revises the membership of the child care coordinating committee.
