HB 1796 - DIGEST

     Creates the state agricultural labor relations board.

     Declares that employees have the right to self-organization and collective bargaining.

     Designates unfair labor practices by an employer and by an employee organization.

     Provides collective bargaining requirements.

     Authorizes the board to prevent any person from engaging in any unfair labor practice and sets forth the procedures which shall be the exclusive method of redressing unfair labor practices.

     Provides that any person who interferes with members of the board or its agents in performance of their duties shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
