HB 1811 - DIGEST

     Authorizes a class M license to be issued to a motel authorizing the use of locked honor bars with spirits, beer, and wine available.

     Limits the number of rooms with bars and requires the bars to also contain snack foods.

     Prohibits access to the bars by underage guests.
