HB 1820 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Establishes a school-to-work transitions program in the superintendent of public instruction's office.

     Designates the goals of the program.

     Revises existing provisions relating to academic and vocational integration to refer to the school-to-work transition program.

     Repeals RCW 28A.630.860.

     Makes an appropriation of two million five hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
