HB 1852 - DIGEST

     Requires that, by January 2, 1994, each agency shall be provided with a list of properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

     Requires, by January 2, 1995, a list of those properties that are either at least fifty years old or that may be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.

     Convenes a task force to develop recommendations on establishing state agency historic preservation guidelines.
