HB 1855 - DIGEST

     Provides for the financial supervision and solvency oversight of insurance companies by the insurance commission in order to allow for accreditation of the commissioner as an approved insurance regulator by the national association of insurance commissioners.

     Repeals RCW 48.07.090.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 48.31A RCW.
