HB 1877 - DIGEST

     Directs the department of social and health services to review all federal and state laws that require health care providers in nursing homes to submit documentation.

     Provides for suggestions on ways to standardize forms to make the process more efficient.

     Requires nursing home directors to develop and maintain a written procedure for disclosing patient charges to attending physicians with admitting privileges.
