HB 1878 - DIGEST

     Directs the governor to assemble representatives from state agencies, local governments, and tribal governments to prepare a report on water resource issues in the central Puget Sound area.

     Provides for the establishment of a regional planning area or areas to develop and implement comprehensive water resources plan.

     Makes an appropriation of an unspecified amount to carry out the purposes of the act.
