HB 1883 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the sale of excess salmon eggs and carcasses by regional fisheries enhancement groups and directs the use of the revenue to enhance salmon production.

     Provides for terminal area hatchery harvest to help pay the costs of maintaining hatchery production.
