HB 1934 - DIGEST

     Provides that when a governmental body designates a private property as a wetland, open space, or other public benefit property, full compensation to the owner must be paid by the designating jurisdiction.

     Requires payment of the costs of studies, plans, and reports on impacted property to be paid by the governmental body.
