HB 1935 - DIGEST

     Provides more stringent requirements for obtaining or renewing a driver's license or identicard after conviction of alcohol violations.

     Increases the fees for issuance or renewal of driver's licenses or identicards.

     Makes it unlawful to sell an alcoholic beverage without the purchaser furnishing a driver's license or identicard.
