(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Revises RCW 35.44.070 relating to local improvement district hearings before an officer designated to conduct such hearings.

     Provides that a committee of the county legislative authority or a hearing officer may conduct improvement district and assessment roll hearings and make recommendations to the full county authority.
