HB 1965 - DIGEST

     Establishes user fees for geographic information system services and products that are calculated to recover a reasonable portion of the costs associated with developing and maintaining a geographic information system.

     Authorizes agencies to require a hold harmless agreement from a recipient of its geographic information.

     Allows an agency to decline to reformat its geographic information system.
