HB 1972 - DIGEST

     Reduces the passenger capacity requirement for ride-sharing vehicles to be exempt from retail sales and excise taxes.

     Makes an appropriation of thirty million eight hundred one thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.

     Designates the distribution and use of the funds.
