HB 1995-S - DIGEST

(DIGEST OF PROPOSED 1ST SUBSTITUTE)

     Creates a task force to identify actual and potential regulatory conflicts affecting existing federally licensed hydroelectric facilities and to recommend ways in which such conflicts might be avoided.

     Provides that the task force will not convene until the energy office has received financial assistance from public and private sources.
