HB 2064 - DIGEST

     Establishes an educational advancement grant program to provide support for economically disadvantaged and low-income families, particularly in urban areas.

     Provides a schedule for implementation of the program and designates target areas.

     Provides grants for tuition and other education costs at both public and private schools.
