HB 2093 - DIGEST

     Provides that the department may issue a driver's license or instructional permit to an individual under eighteen years of age only if the individual is enrolled in an elementary or secondary school.

     Provides for suspension or revocation of the license for failure to attend school.

     Authorizes financial incentives to school districts to enroll students who have previously withdrawn from school.
