HB 2136 - DIGEST

     Declares the time of the state is Pacific standard time.

     Allows exceptions in states of emergency declared by the governor.

     Repeals RCW 1.20.051.

     Takes effect at two o'clock antemeridian Pacific standard time, October 31, 1993.
