HB 2140 - DIGEST

     Provides that, as of April 1, 1994, all funds in the special category C account will be transferred to the motor vehicle fund and dedicated for state highway construction improvements.

     Expresses a legislative intent that the 1st Avenue South Bridge project be expeditiously completed.
