HB 2145 - DIGEST

     Requires the institutions of higher education to conduct a feasibility study to determine the potential costs and benefits that would result from contracting for the services customarily provided by classified employees.

     Requires review and approval of the decision to contract for the services by the director of financial management.

     Repeals RCW 41.06.382.
