(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Directs the superintendent of public instruction to develop criteria for use by school districts in developing sexual harassment policies.

     Requires the school districts to adopt and implement a written policy concerning sexual harassment by June 30, 1995.

     Requires the policy to be posted in each school building.

     Defines "sexual harassment."
