HB 2153 - DIGEST

     Directs the superintendent of public instruction to develop criteria for use by school districts in developing sexual harassment policies.

     Requires the school districts to adopt and implement a written policy concerning sexual harassment by December 31, 1994.

     Requires the policy to be posted in each school building.

     Defines "sexual harassment."
