     Authorizes the selection advisory committee to request proposals for up to ten more projects and make recommendations to the superintendent of public instruction.

     Extends the expiration date of RCW 28A.630.820 through 28A.630.845 to September 1, 2001.

     Repeals RCW 28A.630.851.
