HB 2176 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Prohibits any action on a petition for incorporation of a city or town after the filing of a petition for annexation which involves any common territory.

     Authorizes a boundary review board to consider simultaneously the proposed incorporation of a code city of twenty-five thousand or more with an annexation petition.
