HB 2177 - DIGEST

     Authorizes county treasurers to provide collection services, to invest funds of the county, to act as ex officio treasurer of a taxing district, and to hold disputed levy funds in escrow until decision by competent jurisdiction.

     Repeals RCW 35.49.120, 36.18.140, 84.56.180, and 84.56.190.
