HB 2185 - DIGEST

     Revises provisions relating to the sentencing of serious offenders.

     Enacts punishment provisions for drive-by shooting offenses.

     Requires adolescents between fourteen and eighteen to be transferred for adult criminal prosecution for certain designated offenses.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 10.95 RCW.
