(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires the department of corrections to keep, for two years, a receipt showing that a notice was sent to an individual registered in the victim or witness notification program upon the release or movement of an inmate.

     Requires alternative means of notification if a notice is returned as undeliverable.
