HB 2201 - DIGEST

     Prohibits the location of an adult detention facility within two miles of a school, day care center, or a facility whose primary service clients are children, developmentally disabled adults, or other individuals deemed vulnerable.

     Requires a minimum of two public hearings in any proposed location.
