HB 2219 - DIGEST

     Specifies the circumstances which could lead to a finding that a temporary curfew in a community is desirable.

     Designates the contents of a model curfew ordinance.

     Provides that a violation of the curfew shall be a class 4 civil infraction under chapter 7.80 RCW.
