HB 2221 - DIGEST

     Provides that no person under the age of eighteen may have in his or her possession a pistol, except while accompanied by a parent or guardian or under the supervision of a certified safety instructor at a range.

     Provides that a violation of the restriction is a misdemeanor offense.

     Revises RCW 13.40.0357 relating to juvenile disposition offense categories and sentence standards.
