(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Requires approval of the legislature before conducting an on-line game in which the selection of winning tickets occurs more frequently than once every twenty-four hours.

     Provides resources for the support of services for problem and compulsive gamblers.

     Establishes seizure and forfeiture provisions for property utilized in gambling activities, including hearing procedures.

     Provides criminal penalties for manufacture, ownership, or transport of unauthorized gambling devices or records.

     Exempts gambling devices on cruise ships if they are not used in state waters.

     Repeals RCW 9.46.230.
