HB 2234 - DIGEST

     Authorizes the implementation of a system of processing permit applications where an applicant may pay an additional amount beyond the normal permit fees for the governmental agency to hire temporary staff, or pay overtime costs for existing staff to review and process the permit application more expeditiously.
