(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Expands the authority of the board concerning disciplinary hearings.

     Designates the activities of funeral directors and embalmers which shall constitute unprofessional conduct.

     Provides hearing procedures to resolve complaints of unprofessional conduct.

     Establishes enforcement procedures and penalties when a finding of unprofessional conduct is reached.

     Repeals RCW 18.39.178.
