HB 2303 - DIGEST

     Establishes procedures for resolving competing proposals for city and town annexations and incorporations.

     Authorizes the boundary review board to resolve the issues regarding conflicting annexation and incorporation petitions.

     Repeals RCW 35.13.175 and 35A.14.230.
