HB 2331 - DIGEST

     Exempts the following records of the legislative branch from disclosure:  (1) Correspondence from and to legislative constituents;

     (2) internal memorandum to and from legislative staff;

     (3) legislation prior to introduction by a member; and

     (4) amendments prior to being offered by a member.

     Includes the legislature in the preservation of records requirements of RCW 40.14.010, 40.14.040, and 40.14.050.
