(DIGEST AS ENACTED)

     Provides that U-values for windows shall be determined in accordance with the appropriate national fenestration rating council standard, as adopted by the state building code council.

     Authorizes the council to review and adopt the national standards for doors and skylights.

     Provides that the code does not apply to log homes, heated with other than electric resistance heaters, with walls at least three and one-half inches thick.
