HB 2350 - DIGEST

     Makes it a misdemeanor offense if a child gains access to a firearm and a class C felony offense if the child inflicts injury or death on himself or herself or others.

     Requires warning notices of the punishment for failure to abide by the requirements of the act to be provided at the time of purchase or transfer of a firearm.
