HB 2351 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Allows any person to recover and secure adrift stray logs on waters of this state.

     Prohibits damage to property by the act of securing the logs.

     Requires notice to the owner and establishes procedures to dispose of the logs.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 76.40 RCW pertaining to log patrols.
