     Authorizes the department of fish and wildlife to designate waters of the state for restriction of motor-driven vessels, personal watercraft, and jet pump propelled vessels when there is a potential disturbance to fish or wildlife habitat.

     Provides a misdemeanor offense for violation of the restriction.
