HB 2375 - DIGEST

     Designates the appropriate and inappropriate utilization of home detention for offenders.

     Designates the offenses for which the special drug offender sentencing alternative is appropriate.

     Directs the commission to evaluate the impact of implementing the drug offender options and report to the legislature by December 1, 1995.
