HB 2380 - DIGEST

(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 1ST SUB)

     Requires every licensed, certified, or registered health care practitioner to provide evidence of a minimum level of malpractice insurance coverage before July 1, 1995.

     Directs the department to study and make recommendations regarding any feasible alternative measures to satisfy the insurance requirement by December 1, 1994.
