HB 2391 - DIGEST

     Removes the time limitation within the state's retirement system for the restoration of service credit represented by employee contributions withdrawn and for the crediting of service that was not creditable at the time it was performed, such as a probationary period or interrupted military service.

     Makes an appropriation of two hundred thousand dollars to carry out the purposes of the act.
