HB 2394 - DIGEST

     Specifies the circumstances when a federal agent may make arrests for violations of state law.

     Provides the same immunity from suit as a state or local officer.

     Requires delivery of the person arrested to a magistrate or state or local officer without unnecessary delay.

     Requires the federal officer to meet reasonable training or certification standards.
