HB 2415 - DIGEST

     Prohibits a person under the age of twenty-one to drive, operate, or be in physical control of a motor vehicle while having alcohol in his or her system in a concentration of 0.02 or above.

     Establishes procedures for arrest, hearings, and revocation of driver's licenses.
