HB 2423 - DIGEST

     Provides that publication of the title of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness shall constitute publication of a summary of that ordinance.

     Establishes a method whereby all cities and towns may obtain, through a single source, information regarding ordinances adopted by other cities and towns.
