HB 2427 - DIGEST

     Authorizes a court to order a case transferred for adult criminal prosecution whenever a respondent is fifteen or over and the offense is violent or committed with a deadly weapon.

     Authorizes additional time to be added to a sentence of a juvenile who violates the provisions of the act, but is not transferred for adult prosecution.
