HB 2431 - DIGEST

     Requires manufacturers and sellers of drugs to offer the products with all rights and privileges offered or accorded to the most favored customer.

     Prohibits state agencies from purchasing drugs from a manufacturer or seller that engages in any price discrimination.

     Authorizes a purchaser damaged by violation of the act to bring an action for treble damages against the seller.

     Authorizes civil penalties for violation of the act.
