HB 2448 - DIGEST

     Prohibits a minor from being in a public place between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.

     Specifies situations when the prohibition shall not apply.

     Prohibits an owner or operator of public premises from allowing a minor to remain on the premises, a misdemeanor offense.
